Description

The Animal Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is a referral center dedicated rehabilitation and sports medicine and helping pets to quickly recover from illness, injury or surgery. Our staff excels in the development of individualized treatment plans to address the diagnosis of the referring doctor. We focus on integrative medicine that combines the best of western medicine with the benefits of other modalities including Rehabilitation, Animal Chiropractic, Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine and Stem Cell Treatments.

Located right off of I-25 and Castle Pines Pkwy, our state-of-the-art facility is outfitted with the latest equipment, including:

Dr. Cheryl Adams, DVM

Director of Animal Rehabilitation and Wellness Center:

Dr. Adams received her Bachelor’s in 1984 from Iowa State and her DVM from Iowa State Veterinary Medical School in 1988. After graduation she worked in general practice, emergency medicine, and practice management in the Chicago Suburbs. In 1990, she developed a special interest in alternative and eastern medicine and began integrating them in her practice. In 2002, she joined a specialty critical care referral practice in Illinois as the Director of Integrative Medicine and Rehabilitation where she worked on a variety of complex cases in conjunction with boarded surgeons, neurologists, oncologists, ophthalmologists, and dermatologists. Three years later, Dr. Adams began clinical stem cell research in conjunction with Vet-stem. Her patients have been profiled by ABC, Fox News, the Chicago Tribune and the Seattle Times. In 2007 she received an award for Regenerative Stem Cell use in companion animals.
