Dr. Tim Kolb
Dr. Tim Kolb opened the Banfield Pet Hospital at Easton Market in the spring of 2001 and has practiced veterinary medicine in Columbus since 1987. He is a 1982 graduate of The Ohio State University and is a passionate Buckeye fan. "It has been very gratifying to see our hospital team grow over the years, and to know how many pets and families we are helping to have happier and healthier lives together." Dr. Kolb enjoys surgery and has an interest in orthopedics and soft tissue surgery. He also enjoys serving the veterinary profession. He has been an adjunct professor at The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine and has served on many committees and boards at the local, state and national level. He is blessed to practice with his son and partner, Dr. Chris Kolb, and enjoys time with his family and four wonderful grandchildren.
Dr. Kim Kaufman
Dr. Kim Kaufman began working for Banfield Pet Hospital at Easton Market in 2004. In 1991, she graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor degree in Animal Science and Nutrition. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1995 from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Her medical interests include internal medicine, preventive care, and ophthalmology. In her spare time she enjoys her rescued pets and spending time with her family, and if time permits reading and enjoying nature. She also likes to support her alma mater and cheer on the Buckeyes.
Dr. Chris Kolb
Dr. Chris Kolb was attending veterinary school in 2001 when he began working for Banfield Pet Hospital at Easton Market as a veterinary assistant. He was part of the original team which opened the hospital. In 2005, he graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine and joined the practice as an associate veterinarian and in 2008 became part owner with his father, Dr. Tim Kolb. His medical interests include ultrasound and internal medicine. He recently served as a district representative with a local group of veterinarians, the Columbus Academy of Veterinary Medicine. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, golfing and cheering on the Buckeyes.
Dr. Maureen Hoane
Dr. Maureen Hoane graduated from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. She received her undergraduate degree in Zoology from Michigan State where she was able to spend a summer abroad studying wildlife in Kenya. After graduation, Dr. Hoane started practicing in Detroit, Michigan, and has been with Banfield since 2010. In 2013, Dr. Hoane moved to Columbus and joined the team at Banfield Pet Hospital at Easton Market. Dr. Hoane's interests include animal behavior and internal medicine. Her hobbies include bowling, reading and spending time with her two and four- legged family.
