Doctors
Emily Morse
Chief of Staff
Banfield Pet Hospital
North Fayette Township
Dr. Emily Morse was born in Boston, Massachusetts. Her family moved around a lot, but she grew up mostly in Pittsburgh. In 2004, Dr. Morse graduated from the Schreyer Honors College at Pennsylvania State University with a major in biology and a minor in chemistry. She worked as a veterinary technician in animal shelters and private practice veterinary hospitals prior to attending the University of Pennsylvania's School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Morse has worked as a zookeeper, where her favorite animals were the beautiful lorikeets and partridge cochin bantam chickens. Professionally, her interests are in exotic pet medicine, dentistry, and animal shelter medicine. Dr. Morse aspires to be a pastry chef and cake decorator. In her free time, she loves to canoe in Moraine State Park with the fiberglass canoe that has been passed down through several generations of her family. She has been with Banfield since 2008. She'd love to help keep your pets healthy or treat any issues they might encounter, and she also sees exotic pets, including reptiles and birds!
