Nancy R. Wilber, DVM
Dr. Wilber recieved her DVM from the Ohio State University in 1993. She studied both accounting and animal sciences at Ohio State during her undergraduate years. Never having been a fan of the cold Ohio winters she moved to Atlanta, Georgia upon graduation and practiced there for almost 11 years before moving further south to Miami in May of 2004.
Dr. Wilber joined Brickell Animal Hospital in June 2009 when the clinic first opened. Prior becoming Brickell's only local Veterinarian she spent 3 years at Academy Animal Hospital and a year at Aventura Animal Hospital. Training horses was a big part of her younger years but she found out during her last year of veterinary school that small animal practice was her calling. She equally enjoys soft tissue surgery, internal medicine and preventative care.
Dr. Wilber enjoys spending her spare time with her friends, especially dining out and enjoying the outdoors. She looks forward to having dogs again some day. The warm Florida weather suits her fine and she has an interest in all water sports.
