In 1978 he helped build the Crescent Springs Animal Hospital (a branch of the Covington Animal Hospital) which was voted the Hospital of the Year for best design in the country. Dr. Feldmann purchased the hospitals in 1985.
Dr. Feldmann has been past president of Omega Tau Sigma professional veterinary fraternity at Auburn, the Cincinnati Veterinary Medical Association, and the Northern Kentucky Veterinary Association.
Dr. Feldmann lives with his wife on 26 acres near the hospital. They have 1 dog, 2 cats, 300 goldfish, 4 horses, and 7 miniature donkeys. He enjoys being down on the farm, raising bonsai trees, wood working, and restoring old cars.
