About Us:
Eagle Creek Animal Clinic was founded in 1981 by Dr. James Baughn. Dr. Baughn graduated from Purdue University’s School of Veterinary Medicine in 1969. He has practiced small animal medicine and surgery on the west side of Indianapolis since 1972. The clinic has been a well established practice on the West Side of Indianapolis for many years. In 1991, Dr. Barry Foster (Purdue University, 1990) joined the practice. Dr. Kristen Allen joined Eagle Creek Animal Clinic in 1998, immediately after graduation. In 2007, Dr. Foster became the owner of the practice, as Dr. Baughn retired in 2008, after over 30 years of practicing veterinary medicine. Dr. Sarah Shaffer (Purdue University) joined Eagle Creek in 2007 and has been an outstanding addition to our staff. Dr. Rademaker joined us in 2008 after graduating from Purdue University Veterinary School. He has high interest and skill in small animal surgery, dentistry, and internal medicine.
Our Mission:
At the Eagle Creek Animal Clinic, our business begins with building honest and caring relationships with each of our clients and patients.
We commit ourselves to providing the highest quality customer service: emphasizing client education and communicating in a friendly, professional manner. We commit ourselves to providing the highest quality patient care with state-of-the-art medical, surgical and laboratory practices, and by designing health care programs around each pet’s individual needs. We commit ourselves to open and honest communication: assisting, supporting, and respecting each other as veterinary team members.
