Dr. Katie McKenzie

Dr. Katie McKenzie

Dr. McKenzie was born in New Zealand and graduated from veterinary school at Massey University, New Zealand in 2003. She has been living in the beautiful Sonoma County for 7 years now and feels privileged to have worked at Northtown Animal Hospital for the last 5 years. In her spare time, she and her husband Sean, with their two sons Cameron and Liam, love to explore this incredible country. She enjoys coming home to her very handsome cats, Canterbury and Mooloo, such characters! "Our pets are so good to us, they make our home a home and so again I feel very fortunate to be a part of the veterinary profession, where my philosophy always is to treat your pets with the same care and attention as I would like my own 'two-legged' sons to be treated."
