We believe that most pets respond best to medical treatment in their home, so we make every effort to treat them as outpatients. However if your pet requires more medical supervision, we are also capable of offering full service hospitalization. In some advanced cases, we may recommend overnight care at the emergency clinic.
Doctors
Dr. Kenneth Overmyer
Dr. Kenneth Overmyer graduated from
Purdue University school of Veterinary
Medicine in 1991. Since graduation Dr.
Overmyer has been affiliated with the
hospital as an associate, a partner, and
now runs the hospital full time.
Dr. Maria Overmyer
Dr. Maria Overmyer graduated from Purdue
University school of Veterinary Medicine in
1991. Dr. Maria Overmyer joined
Shorewood Animal Hospital in 2003 after
managing an Emergency Clinic for the
previous 2 1/2 years.
Dr. David Robinson
Dr. David Robinson graduated from Iowa
State University school of Veterinary
Medicine in 2001. Dr. Robinson joined the
Shorewood Animal Hospital Family in 2005.
Dr. Stephanie Streitz
Dr. Stephanie Streitz joins us after
practicing in the Joliet area for 20 plus
years. A graduate of Kansas State
University, she brings her skill, love and
enthusiasm for treating her patients to our
hospital.
