Dr. Brian Smith and Dr. Becky Green, our licensed veterinarians, feel that your pet's health and well being is very important. Our highly trained staff ensures the best possible experience from the time you check in to the time you leave. S.P.A.H. is not only a dog and cat hospital, but a fully equipped boarding facility as well.
Sienna Plantation Animal Hospital is a full service animal hospital. We accept daytime emergency cases, and regular wellness appointments. Our practice also provides routine surgical and dental services. Dr. Smith and Dr. Green are experienced in many types of medical conditions and treatments so they can provide the lastest medical care available for your pet.
When you choose to board with S.P.A.H., you pet will be provided with the best care possible. Each pet receives lots of attention, exercse and fresh air. There is always a veterinarian close by incase a medical issue or emergency should arise.
Dr. Smith and Dr. Green feel the best veterinary care for your pet is good nutrition and preventative medicine. Many diseases go undetected until a patient experiences symptoms. Fortunately, through the practice of preventative health care, our doctors can diagnose these diseases before your pet suffers irreversible damage.
Disease prevention also includes nutritional counseling. Our doctors can recommend nutritional improvements or diet changes that can prevent diseases such as, obesity, diabetes, and arthritis.

Brian E. Smith, DVM
Dr. Smith began working at Sienna Plantation Animal Clinic in the summer of 2007 and purchased the practice one year later. Prior to working at Sienna Plantation Animal Clinic, he worked at large veterinary hospitals that focused on dog and cat medicine in Stafford, TX, and Lake Jackson, TX. Dr. Smith holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC, and a Bachelor of Science from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX. He is a member of the the American Veterinary Medical Association, a lifetime member of the Texas Veterinary Medical Association, and is a member of the Sienna Business Network. Dr. Smith has lived in Sienna Plantation since 2005. Dr. Smith has a passion for animal rescue, and performs spays and neuters, as well as routine veterinary care, for the Brazoria County Humane Society. Outside of work Dr. Smith is at his happiest when he is spending time with his wife Sarah, their twin daughters Abigail and Juliet, their son Ian, and their dog and cat.
Becky Green, DVM
Dr. Green was raised in Fort Bend County and graduated from Lamar Consolidated High School in 1993. She attended Texas A&M University and graduated with a BS in Biomedical Science in 1997 and then continued on to earn her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M's College of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. Since graduating from veterinary school, Dr. Green has practiced at several small animal hospitals in the Houston area, taught at the Veterinary Technical Institute in Houston and spent the last 2 years living and working in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Being a veterinarian was Dr. Green's childhood dream, and she feels fortunate to have a job doing what she loves. Some of her special interests include surgery, wellness care and dermatology. Dr. Green is very excited to be back home in Texas and living in Sienna Plantation! In her spare time, Dr. Green enjoys spending time with her 2 young children, Baron and Evalyn, reading, shopping and watching college football (Gig'Em Ags!). Dr. Green has an English Springer Spaniel named Carley and an Orange Tabby cat named Tane. Dr. Green has also adopted a Rottlweiller named Dynamite who was born without eyes. She has trained Dynamite with sound cues and voice commands.
Landis Foitik, RVT
Landis graduated from St. Petersburg College with her Associates of Science in Veterinary Technology in 2007 . One month later, she passed the Texas Veterinary Technican Exam and National Veterinary Technician Exam , designating her a Registered Veterinary Technician. Landis graduated from St. Petersburg College with her Bachelor's of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology in 2010. Aside from her formal education, Landis has over 15 years of experience in the veterinary field. She has worked in small animal practices, an animal emergency practice and a veterinary specialist (internal medicine, cardiology). Landis also taught at the Vet Tech Institute of Houston for 2 years. Her classes included : Small Animal Medicine, Surgery & Anesthesia, Laboratory Animal and Office Management. She was also the veterinary technician student organization faculty advisor, and accompanied students on many volunteer / educational trips. Landis feels that educating and advising future Registered Veterinary Technicians was especially rewarding. Landis has 3 rescue dogs, Pheobe, Maya and Nacho the pug, and 2 cats, Ringo and Gracie. She enjoys spending time outdoors, reading and cooking.
