Marlo Washington, DVM
Medical Director
School: Tuskegee University
I was born and raised in Memphis, TN. After 4 years of study at Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN, I graduated with a B.S. in Agricultural Sciences. I then attended Tuskegee University in Alabama where I received my DVM degree. I immediately moved to the Houston area where I practiced small animal medicine at a corporate practice for 10 years. After being a stay at home mom for about 18 months, I started working at VCA Countryside
Reemy Thomas, DVM
Associate Veterinarian
School: St. George's University School of Veterinary Medicine
Dr. Thomas graduated from St. George's University in June 2008. She worked in general practice and completed a year long Diagnostic Imaging externship in NYC from 2008 to 2009. She then completed a small animal rotating internship in New York and then moved to Houston to complete a Diagnostic Imaging internship. Dr. Thomas joined the VCA Countryside Animal Hospital Team on August 1st, 2011. She has been a great addition to our team and her career interest have helped us grow as a hospital. She has an extensive background in Diagnostic Imaging and a special interest in Radiology and Internal Medicine.
