Dr. Scott Gellman grew up in Western New York, receiving his undergraduate degree from Cornell University in 1993. After obtaining a Master's degree in Avian Immunology from the University of Delaware in 1996, he spent a few years in research before attending veterinary school, graduating from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004. Dr. Gellman has been practicing in the Philadelphia area since then, joining Vca East Norriton in 2010. He & his wife serve as landlord/servants for his Beagle, two cats and guinea pig.

Christopher Phelan

Associate Veterinarian
Dvm, Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine

Dr. Phelan was born in Philadelphia, PA and raised in Flourtown, PA. He earned a bachelor of arts from University of Colorado in 1999, and a Dvm from Ross University and completed his clinical training at Auburn University in Alabama. Chris enjoys traveling, fishing and spending quality time with his chocolate lab Bert that he rescued.
