Medical Director
School: Texas A&M University

Dr. Wood, a native of Victoria, Texas, has been with VCA Kelliwood Animal Hospital since May 1999. His special interests include geriatrics and internal medicine. His family includes his wife, and 2 daughters. Dr. Wood obtained his veterinary medical degree from Texas A&M University in 1984. He was employed in a large and small animal practice in Cuero, Texas and two small animal practices in Victoria, Texas prior to coming to practicing in Katy, Texas.

Hello All!!
My name is Lais Vitanza. I am the newest member to the VCA Kelliwood Animal Hospital team. I was born and raised in Aggieland and received my Biochemistrydegree in 1996 from Texas A&M. I graduated for Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. I am a certified veterinary acupuncturist as well which gives us an added modality for our patients. I had the pleasure of working at the Kelliwood Animal Hospital in 2009 and am so excited to be here again! I look forward to meeting you and your pets soon and being an integral part of your pet's health care needs.
