Dr. Richard Ghiloni
Medical Director
DVM, Ohio State University
Dr. Ghiloni is a graduate of The Ohio State University. He has been practicing in Raleigh since 1975 and joined VCA in 1999. Dr. Ghiloni's special interests include orthopedic and soft tissue surgery as well as ophthalmology. When not working at VCA Triangle Tower, Dr. Ghiloni can be found practicing equine medicine, fishing, hiking, or spending time with his wife, three children, and five grandchildren.
Dr. Azure Holland
Associate Veterinarian
DVM, University of Tennessee
Dr. Azure Holland is a graduate from The University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. She has a special interest in soft tissue surgery, feline medicine, and dermatology. Dr. Holland joined VCA during the summer of 2009 and has enjoyed making a difference in pets and clients lives. When not working at VCA Dr. Holland enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Dr. Holland shares her home with two orange tabby cats, Baby Frog and Mantis.
Meghan MacKay
Associate Veterinarian
DVM, St. George's University School of Veterinary Medicine
Dr. Meghan MacKay is a graduate of St. George's University, Grenada. She completed her clinical year at North Carolina State Veterinary School in 2007 and has been practicing ever since. Dr. MacKay became part of the VCA team in February 2012. She has spent several years decreasing the pet population by spaying and neutering in both community and shelter settings. Other interest include soft tissue surgery and educating clients on their pet's preventative care. Away from the office Dr. MacKay likes to travel with her boyfriend, work in her garden, and spend time with her three animals.
