We are a full medical and surgical veterinary facility located 1 mile west of I-95 on Sheridan Street. We practice progress medicine in our 2-doctor hospital. If personal, one-on-one care is what you are looking for, you have found the right place. We are located in the Park Sheridan West Shopping center at the corner of Park and Sheridan. Our 5500 square foot facility is located on the west side of the center. In addition to our medical practice, we also offer professional grooming, bathing, and boarding. During off hours, one of the veterinarians has a digital pager so you have access to the doctors during off hours. If during the conversation, it is determined you have a true emergency, the doctor will refer you to a 24 hour emergency clinic. Dr. Ron Tapper has been practicing in Hollywood for 25 years and at the current location for 21 years.

Sunset Animal Hospital is a comprehensive, full-service veterinary clinic for cats and dogs, located right in the heart of Sunrise, Florida.

Dr. Cristina Polit purchased and renovated the facility, however Sunset Animal Hospital has been providing quality veterinary care since 1986!
