Dr. Beri grew up in the South West suburbs of Chicago and attented the University of Illinois for undergrad, where he received his Bachelors in Animal Sciences. He attended St. Matthews University where he earned his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine and completed his Clinical Rotations at the Purdue University.
Dr. Beri joined Banfield in 2013 and is currently an Associate Veterinarian at the Lincoln Park location. Dr. Beri enjoys interacting with people and their pets and believes that good preventative care can help elongate the quality and length of time that people share with their pets.
Dr. Beri enjoys sports and travelling. His favorite teams include all of the Chicago sports teams and the University of Illinois Fighting Illini. His favorite places where he has lived include Barcelona and Grand Cayman Island.

Interesting fact: Dr. Pritzker practiced veterinary medicine on horses prior to becoming part of the Banfield team.
Dr. Tyler Williams has been with Banfield since November 2011. He got his DVM from University of Wisconsin-Madison 2000-2008
Dr. Williams became a DVM because he enjoys the challenge and reward of helping those who cannot speak up for themselves.
He has 2 cats - Ernie and Kalvin, 2 dogs - Dakota and Bailey at home.
Dr. McManus was born in Galveston, Texas and grew up outside of New Orleans, Louisiana. She obtained a B.S. in Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University and then went on to study veterinary medicine in Glasgow, Scotland and the University of Glasgow. After graduating as part of the Royal College, she moved to Chicago where she practiced in an exotics only/small animal/exotics emergency hospital in the western suburbs. Dr. McManus joined the Banfield, Lincoln Park team in April of 2014. She loves educating about preventative care. Dr. McManus has a Bichipoo and leopard gecko at home.read more
Dr. Leslie Chiu is currently the Chief of Staff in Banfield- Lincoln Park. She is a Chicago native. Dr. Chiu attended the University of Illinois - Chicago where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine at the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana.
Dr. Chiu has been with Banfield since 2005. She believes good client education and preventive care is the foundation for our pet's health. She particularly enjoys ultrasonography, internal medicine and soft tissue surgery.
Dr. Chiu has a very busy home life with three small children, her dog, named Ryder, and a lazy, elderly cat named Julie Meow. In her spare time she enjoys the Chicago food scene, traveling, and spending time with her family.
