Dr. Weiss was born and raised in Penngrove, CA. After adopting four kittens that were found under his porch as a child, he knew a career helping animals would be in his future. He graduated from Santa Clara University with a degree in Biology and studied veterinary medicine at UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. He currently lives back in Penngrove with his perfect cat Trix.
Dr. Weiss has a passion for neurology and surgery (particularly spay and neuter), but enjoys all aspects of his job. In his spare time, Dr. Weiss enjoys concerts, hiking, video games, and spending time with family.
Dr. Riley was born and raised in Marin County. From an early age, it was clear that her future career would include working with animals, as she was always found either setting up obstacle courses for her yellow lab or out riding at the barn. After graduating from Sonoma State University with her bachelor's in biology, she attended the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 2012. Following four years of practice in equine medicine, she is excited to be working with her much smaller four legged friends. When not taking care of our Banfield patients, she enjoys running, hiking, art and horseback riding, and is actively involved in her church.read more
