Jacqueline Glowicki, DVM
Jacqueline Glowicki, DVM

Dr. Glowicki was born and raised in South Florida and realized her passion for animals early in life. She received her B.S. and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Florida. She speaks fluent Spanish and Polish.
Dr. Glowicki is passionate about preventative care, particularly heartworm disease and prevention. On her time off, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her two and four legged family.

Joseph Zambella, DVM
Joseph Zambella, DVM

Dr. Zambella is an associate veterinarian at Banfield Pet Hospital and has been a member of the Banfield family since 2009.

Prior to joining Banfield, Dr. Zambella worked in a variety of industries, including software development, web design, and professional photography. However, his passion has always been in animal care. He is originally from Boston, Massachusetts but now resides in South Florida with his growing family and their golden retriever, Fenway.

Dr. Zambella earned a D.V.M. from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine after completing his clinical year at Colorado State University. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Boston College.

Wilberforce Turkson, DVM
Wilberforce Turkson, DVM

Dr. Turkson earned a full academic scholarship from the United Nations and the Ghanaian government to study veterinary medicine at the University of Camaguey in Cuba. Before pursuing his love for animals, Dr. Turkson was a Chemistry professor at Miami Dade College. He has over 15 years of veterinary experience, of which 10 years have been with Banfield Pet Hospital. Dr. Turkson is fluent in English and Spanish. On his time off, he loves reading and watching soccer, as well as hanging out with his three German Shepherds: Tyson, Daisy and Champion.

Diana Muñoz

Dr. Diana Muñoz has been part of the Banfield family since 2013. She was born and raised in Puerto Rico where she attended the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez. She received her doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Tuskegee University. Dr. Muñoz has a special interest in soft tissue surgery and internal medicine. In her free time, Dr. Muñoz likes to spend time with friends, family and her dog, Maya. She also enjoys traveling, kayaking and obstacle course racing.

Melissa Parsons, DVM

Dr. Parsons has been a part of the Banfield Family since June 2015, she was born in Newfoundland, Canada where she received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine diploma from the University of Prince Edward Island. Dr. Parsons is passionate about volunteering and fostering animals with different animal rescues. On her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 3 cats, 2 dogs, and a horse. She also enjoys running, camping, and anything outdoors.
