Bells Ferry Veterinary Hospital has served the Acworth, Kennesaw, Woodstock and Canton, Georgia areas since 1984. Our goal has always been to practice the highest quality veterinary medical care in friendly and caring environment. We are a full-service veterinary medical facility, specializing in dogs, cats and exotic pets (such as ferrets, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, mice, rats and lizards). Our services include Wellness Care, Surgery, Medicine, Digital Radiology, Ultrasound, Endoscopy, Boarding and Grooming. We also offer holistic or alternative medicine such as Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Massage and Nutrition Consultations.

We are located on Highway 92 between the intersections of Bells Ferry Road and Wade Green Road. We are proud to have a very clean and state of the art facility to provide you and your pets with the best care possible.

Dr. Robbin Temple
Dr. Robbin Temple

Dr. Temple joined the Bells Ferry Veterinary Hospital staff on June 14th, 1999 and as of January 29th 2007 she is co-owner of the hospital. She graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine on May 10th 1997 and is a proud member of the Bulldog Nation - Go Dawgs! Dr. Temple treats dogs, cats, small mammals, exotics and wildlife. She loves surgery and client education - especially for new puppies/kittens and older pets. Her outside interests include hiking, reading, home improvement projects, spending time with her wonderful husband, two children and extended family. Dr. Temple has a Boston Terrier named Hadley, 2 cats: Fletcher & Owen, 2 African Grey Parrots: Grey & Amos.

Dr. Melissa Miller
Dr. Melissa Miller

Dr. Miller was raised in rural Illinois and being surrounded by creatures big and small, she naturally wanted to pursue veterinary medicine. Dr. Miller graduated with honors from Univ of IL in 2000. She then spent 3 years in the Phoenix area before meeting her husband and moving to Georgia. She shares her home with her husband, 2 children and 2 fur kids- dogs named Alge (short for Algernon) and Dante- an adopted Bernese Mountain dog who truly does not understand that he is a dog! When not at work she enjoys hiking with her family at Kennesaw Mountain and around Red Top Mountain state park.
