Eastlake Veterinary Services opened its door in 1997 and since then we have been committed to providing compassionate care to every patient that comes through our doors.We are a full service veterinarian hospital for your family’s dogs, cats, rabbits and other small pocket pets. Our clinic offers a full-service pharmacy, wellness exams, grooming, vaccinations, dental care, routine and orthopedic surgeries, on-site x-ray, ultrasound, laser therapy and acupuncture treatments. We also provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories.

Dr. Jay Tracy is a native of Colorado and grew up on a farm outside of Boulder; his father, Dr. Don Tracy, was a small animal veterinarian in Boulder for 50 years. Dr Tracy comes by his love for animals naturally having been raised on a registered Shorthorn cattle farm and being involved in his father's veterinary practice from a very young age. His family also raised Weimeraners and operated a dog kennel.
Dr. Tracy graduated from Colorado State university with a double major in Animal Science and Agricultural Business. He then went on to Kansas State University where he obtained a degree in Veterinary Medicine. He opened the doors of Eastlake Veterinary Services in 1997 and has enjoyed a thriving and successful practice doing what he loves to do, caring for people and their pets.
Dr. Tracy has been married to Carol for 36 years, they have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
Dr. Jennifer Ingram began her veterinary aspirations at the age of 5 when she started adopting all the strays and wildlife in the neighborhood. Years later she graduated from the University of Rochester in NY with a degree in molecular genetics.
After working in geneticre search for 5 years she attended the University of California, Davis School of Veterinary Medicine and received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2004. She completed a small animal medicine, surgery and emergency internship in 2005 in Santa Rosa, California and has been working around the country and internationally since that time.
In her travels she has worked in an emergency setting, specialty hospitals, and small animal general practice and even spent a year working with elephants and street dogs in India. Her special interests include ophthalmology and ultrasound.
Dr. Ingram joined the team at Eastlake Veterinary Services in August 2012. In her spare time Dr. Ingram enjoys good food, hiking, playing guitar and spending time with her husband, son, dog and cat.
Dr. Anne Harrington grew up in the Midwest, she graduated from Kansas State University with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2003. Dr. Harrington has practiced throughout the United States including both the East and West coasts.
Dr. Harrington loves outdoor activities such as skiing and hiking and shares her time with her Rottweiler Dena she has a special interest for internal medicine as well as geriatrics. She strives to practice excellent medicine and finds great fulfillment in caring for people and their pets
