Ellis Jensen, DVM
Ellis Jensen, DVM

An Omaha native, Dr. Ellis Jensen received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University in 1978. He practiced in Oshkosh, WI for five years before joining Mobile Animal Clinic. His special interests include internal medicine, cardiology, and endoscopy. He has studied canine cough complex extensively and continues to conduct research on the relevance of mycoplasma in canine cough complex as it relates to kennel cough. Dr. Jensen is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Nebraska Medical Association, and Nebraska Academy of Veterinary Medicine.

Married and the father of three grown sons, his ten grandchildren put a twinkle in his eye. One or two ‘wiemers’ have always been in the Jensen family, and now “Peanut”, a King Charles Cavalier, who comes to work with Dr. Jensen everyday. Many of you have seen her roaming the halls or sitting at the reception desk!. An avid fisherman of Northern Minnesota, he and his family have spent many vacations trying to catch the big one that got away.

Whitney Meyer, DVM

Dr. Whitney Meyer joined Mobile Animal Clinic in October of 2013. She is originally from Kearney, NE, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in biology. In 2010, she obtained her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University College of Medicine. Dr. Meyer previously worked in a mixed-animal practice in Holdrege, NE. Her areas of professional interest include surgery and preventive medicine.

Kati Lackovic, DVM

Dr. Kati Lackovic was born and raised right here in Omaha, NE. She attended grade school just down the street from Mobile Animal Clinic at Mary Our Queen, and later went on to Skutt Catholic High School. Dr. Lackovic then followed her lifelong dream of being a veterinarian by attending and graduating from Iowa State University in 2014. Her areas of professional interests include oncology, dermatology, and pocket pets.

Dr. Lackovic and her husband have a Golden Retriever named Lulu and a Great Dane named Layla at home. Many of our clients come to see Dr. Lackovic with their Great Danes, as she holds a special place in her heart for giant breeds.

Melissa Curfman-Linderer, DVM

Dr. Melissa Curfman-Linderer is a true Nebraskan. She was born and raised in Lincoln, and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She later went on to obtain her degree in veterinary medicine from Ross University and Oklahoma State University in 2017. Dr. Curfman-Linderer has professional interests in dentistry, dermatology, and behavioral counseling. At home, Dr. Curfman-Linderer has an ‘island’ mix breed companion, also known as a coconut hound, and two feisty cats. She is a lover of all animals, and she is especially fond of Newfoundlands and large domestic felines. She enjoys hiking, camping, and she has recently started rollerblading in her free time.

Gabrielle Passarella, DVM

Dr. Gabrielle Passarella joined the medical team at Mobile Animal Clinic in June 2018. Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Passarella earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, before earning a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Kansas State University. She holds Fear Free Certification and has professional interests in feline medicine, internal medicine, and shelter medicine.

Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Passarella likes to hike, visit national parks, and spend time with her fiancé. She also has a wonderful pet family at home: Harvie (D.S.H.), Moe (Sphynx), and Juneau (Bassett/Pitbull mix)
