Dr. C. Corbett Post
Dr. C. Corbett Post has a Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor University (1996) and studied abroad in Heidelberg, Germany, for one and a half years, focusing on zoology, botany and ecology. He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in May 2003 from Texas A&M University's College of Veterinary Medicine, with a focus on both large and small animals. Dr. Post held the position of Class President throughout veterinary school and was voted "best classmate to be on a rotation with" by his classmates. After graduating, Dr. Post spent his next year at an equine practice in California, working through a rigorous voluntary internship program, enhancing his knowledge in surgery and in medicine. He continued practicing in the large animal realm back in Texas for two years before joining Pearland Pet Health Center in May 2006.
Dr. Post had done volunteer veterinary work in Sinsheim, Germany, the Salinas, California Rodeo, Brazoria County Fair and Rodeo, and the Houston Rodeo. He is currently a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), Texas Veterinary Medical Association (TVMA) and Harris County Veterinary Medical Association (HCVMA).
Dr. Post enjoys spending time with his family, his wife, Jana, their daughter Maggie and their twin boys, Chap and Whit. They also have a Catahoula mix, Lou, and a yorkie-poo named Lucy . In his spare time, he enjoys sports and outdoor activities.
