We feature an 8,800 sq. ft, state-of-the-art facility that boasts 5 spacious and modern exam rooms, a consult/comfort room, and 2 extensive surgery suites.

VCA Dunmore is equipped with a CO2 laser for surgical procedures; isoflurane and sevoflurane anesthesia; VetSpec Ecg/pulse oximeter/respiratory monitor equipped with a non-invasive blood pressure monitor; an ICU unit with O2 and heated surgical recovery kennels; tonopen; digital dental radiographic unit; dual wet table; K-Laser; and ultrasound unit.

 Ramsibhai Chaudhari, DVM
Ramsibhai Chaudhari, DVM

Dr. Chaudhari graduated from the Gujarat Agriculture University in India with Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Health in 1973. He practiced as a veterinarian for Gujarat State Government, India from 1973 to 1975. In 1975 Dr. Chaudhari immigrated to USA and did his internship with Abington Animal Hospital from 1977 to 1978. In 1979 he received his Pennsylvania Veterinary license in Small Animal Practice.

In 1979 Dr. Chaudhari became an owner of very well- known, and successful Dunmore Dog & Cat Hospital/ Dunmore Pet Health Center. Being an owner for over 28 years, he decided to join VCA Dunmore Animal Hospital and is currently the Medical Director of the hospital.

Michelle Falzone, VMD
Michelle Falzone, VMD

Dr. Falzone graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Veterinary Medicine in May 2006. She is an accredited veterinarian through the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.

In July 2006, Dr. Falzone became a full-time small animal veterinarian at the Dunmore Pet Health Center. The Dunmore Pet Health Center then joined VCA Dunmore Animal Hospital in March 2008. Dr. Falzoneā€™s professional interests include ultrasonagraphy and internal medicine.

A native of West Pittston, Pennsylvania, Dr. Falzone graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Scranton in 2002 with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Biochemistry. She was the 1998 Valedictorian of Wyoming Area High School, Exeter, Pennsylvania

Mia Esopi, VMD
Mia Esopi, VMD

Dr. Esopi graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in May 2015. She attended Penn State University for her undergraduate education and received a B.S. in Veterinary Biomedical Sciences in May 2011. Dr. Esopi's pet family currently includes three cats- Colonel Peach, Fritz, and Griffin. She grew up having pet dogs and has also kept pet rats. She is a Golden Retriever enthusiast and hopes to acquire one in the near future.
Dr. Esopi's interests include dentistry, emergency medicine, and general wellness care. Outside of work she enjoys hiking, reading, going to concerts, and spending time with her friends and family. A 2007 graduate of Dallas High School, Dr. Esopi is excited to have the opportunity to return to the area. She joined VCA Dunmore in July 2015 and is looking forward to meeting many new pets and people.
Dr. Esopi became a veterinarian because she believes that pets are family. It is a privilege to help pets on their life journeys - from the first puppy or kitten visits to the final visits of a senior pet. Client education and preventative care are important to her and she believes that, together, we can help our pets live longer and healthier lives.
