Dr. Long is widely recognized for his use of integrative medicine including acupuncture, nutritional therapies, herbs as well as conventional prescriptions, diagnostic testing, chiropractic and homeopathy. Dr. Long is certified in Veterinary Acupuncture by the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society and has taken extensive training in other holistic areas. He is a charter member of the American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association. He also has specialized expertise in surgery, both orthopedic and soft tissue.
