Layne R. Handy, DVM
Layne R. Handy, DVM

Medical Director
School: Tufts University

Dr. Handy hails from New England. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the Honors College at Adelphi University in 1999 and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Tufts University in 2003. Dr. Handy has also completed a certification course in acupuncture provided by the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society, and is pursuing accreditation in acupuncture. She is proud to provide medical and surgical services to the Worcester Animal Rescue League in her spare time.

Rachel Faeth

DVM, Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Rachel Faeth grew up in rural northwestern Connecticut and received her bachelors degree in 2007 from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. She graduated from Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in 2014 and spent a year in northern New Hampshire practicing mixed animal medicine before deciding to refocus on small animals only. Outside of caring for pets, Dr. Faeth enjoys gardening, yoga and hiking with her dog, Kit.

Jessica Gramlich

DVM, Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Gramlich is originally from the great state of Maine. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of New Hampshire in 2002 and is a 2008 graduate of North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine. After veterinary school, Dr. Gramlich completed a one year emergency internship in Rhode Island and then worked as a small animal general practitioner In southern New Hampshire. Her special interests include preventative medicine, dermatology, ophthalmology, and dentistry. Dr. Gramlich lives in Berlin with her husband and two dogs Emma and Delia. In her spare time she enjoys cheering for New England sports teams, running, hiking, snowshoeing, dancing and finding delicious breakfast spots.

DVM, Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Morawski grew up in Douglas, Mass. After graduating from Colgate University in Hamilton, N.Y., he attended Tufts University�s Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. Upon receiving his DVM degree in 2012, he practiced veterinary medicine in Fort Collins, Colo., for two years before returning home to family and friends in Massachusetts.

In his free time, Dr. Morawski enjoys hiking, snowboarding, camping, and watching sports with his fianc�e and two cats, Gus and Rogers.
