VCA Larkfield Animal Hospital serves dogs and cats in Larkfield, Fountain Grove, Wikiup, Windsor, Forestville, Rohnert Park, Sebastopol, and Healdsburg, California. Dr. India McEvoy

Dr. India McEvoy is a graduate of the University of Delaware, where she received her BS in Chemistry, minor in Animal Sciences. Dr. McEvoy received her DVM from The University of California Davis, School of Veterinary Medicine which was followed by an internship with East Bay Veterinary Specialists and Emergency. She then joined Sage Veterinary Centers as an emergency associate working at the four specialty referral centers in the East Bay. She enjoys the many aspects of veterinary medicine but has a strong interest in diagnostic imaging, surgery, internal and preventative medicine along with emergency work.

When she's not treating patients, Dr. McEvoy enjoys riding and competing her horses Kalypso and Eloise, hiking, running and attempting to train her young Labrador, Oliver. Dr. McEvoy's interest in veterinary medicine started very early. She follows in the footsteps of both her father and grandfather as a third generation in the profession. She has enjoyed working with animals and medicine, and found the perfect profession to do both.
