Dr. Mike Sheffield
Dr. Mike Sheffield

Dr. Mike Sheffield received his DVM degree from Texas A & M University in 1985. He did his undergraduate work at Texas A & I (now Texas A & M, Kingsville). Dr. Sheffield began his professional career in the Rio Grande Valley. He then moved to the Dallas area and spent two years there before moving to Wimberley in 1989. He opened Wimberley Veterinary Clinic in it�s present location in 1990. Dr. Sheffield is married and has a son. He has three horses, two dogs and three cats and four fish.

Dr. Susan Ferguson
Dr. Susan Ferguson

Dr. Susan Ferguson grew up in south Austin. She earned both her bachelor's degree and DVM from Texas A&M University, graduating from veterinary school in 2000. After graduation she worked for 2 years at a mixed animal clinic in Conroe TX before moving to the Dallas area. There, Dr. Ferguson continued to broaden her experiences practicing in a small animal clinic as well as an after-hours emergency clinic, and even a feline only practice! In June 2013 she moved back home to be closer to family. Dr. Ferguson, her two children, and their dog and cat now reside in Kyle. Dr. Ferguson feels strongly about offering the highest quality medicine available and educating pet owner's to help them make the best decision for their pet and their family.
