Statham based Four Paws Animal Hospital was founded in 2005. Since then our staff has been performing veterinary medicine and compassionate animal care in the Statham area. Four Paws Animal Hospital is a full-service Animal Hospital whose mission is to provide the highest standard of quality and compassion in veterinary care for our patients and welcoming, informative, and supportive service for our clients, while maintaining a superior working environment for our employees. Four Paws Animal Hospital offers the Statham animal community daytime emergency veterinary services in addition to standard medical, surgical, and dental veterinary care. Because we have an in-house pharmacy, lab, radiology, ultrasound, ophthalmic monitoring and full service hospitalization our facility enables you to make one stop for your pet's medical care. We are open for appointments during normal business hours. Walk-ins and drop off appointments are welcome.

Bells Ferry Veterinary Hospital has served the Acworth, Kennesaw, Woodstock and Canton, Georgia areas since 1984. Our goal has always been to practice the highest quality veterinary medical care in friendly and caring environment. We are a full-service veterinary medical facility, specializing in dogs, cats and exotic pets (such as ferrets, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, mice, rats and lizards). Our services include Wellness Care, Surgery, Medicine, Digital Radiology, Ultrasound, Endoscopy, Boarding and Grooming. We also offer holistic or alternative medicine such as Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Massage and Nutrition Consultations.

We are located on Highway 92 between the intersections of Bells Ferry Road and Wade Green Road. We are proud to have a very clean and state of the art facility to provide you and your pets with the best care possible.

Appointments

Please make an appointment whenever possible, it will make your wait time much shorter. We accept appointments:
Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri: 9am - 5:30pm
Wed, Sat. 8am - 11:30pm

Walk-ins

Walk-ins are always welcome. We are most busy early in the mornings or late in the afternoon on weekdays. Please make a note of this so that we can keep your wait time to a minimum.

Drop-offs

We try to provide convenient and flexible health care hours by providing and early morning drop-off service at 7:30am weekdays.
Simply check your pet and leave a daytime contact number where you can be reached. Your pet will be ready to go at the end of your workday.

Boarding Policy

For your pets protection we require all new pets boarding with us to pass a physical exam performed by one of our veterinarians. We do not board pets with internal or external parasites or contagious diseases. Boarded animals need to be current on all vaccines and be on heartworm preventative. We can administer any medications your pet requires while staying with us.
